Her writing and advocacy focus on maternal health, mental health, wellness, and social justice, amplifying the voices of marginalized communities.
Dr. Thomas is a dedicated animal-assisted therapist, blending her passion for human-animal connection with evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote emotional healing. As an Eco Therapy Specialist, she incorporates outdoor and nature-based interventions to support mental health and well-being. Her expertise as a Holistic Herbology Practitioner allows her to integrate plant-based remedies and herbal medicine into her therapeutic approach, fostering a deeper mind-body connection.

Outside of her professional roles, she is a healer at heart, finding joy as a plant goddess, rock collector, and avid reader.
